Welcome to the NautilusCD Internet Hot List. This contains favorite spots on the Internet as chosen by the
NautilusCD staff. We plan to update this list each month on the NautilusCD disc.
With your support and patience, we expect to have a NautilusCD World Wide Web site up and running
before the end of the year.

- CommerceNet: An open, Internet-based
infrastructure for electronic commerce. Created and developed by a coalition of Silicon Valley
organizations.
- Wired Magazine: Wired Ventures' online presence, the
future home of HotWired, new thinking for a new medium. HotWired will launch in mid-September. Be
sure to check out WIRED's Trip to
Microsoft.
- EXPO Restaurant Le Cordon
Bleu: You must be hungry after visiting all the exhibits on the digital terrain, but you can't rest here!
This restaurant is an exhibit of L'Art Culinaire. The menus presented here are from the world-
famous cooking school in Paris: Le Cordon Bleu. Many of the recipes given here are taught at Le
Cordon Bleu by a team of master chefs from France's various Michelin-star restaurants.
- Microsoft Corporation: This site provides public
information about Microsoft and its products. It includes anonymous FTP access to KnowledgeBase
articles, sample code, patches and other support-related products. Information on Windows, MS-DOS,
and "Chicago", details about the Windows Sockets standard, Microsoft's new 32-bit TCP/IP VxD stack for
Windows for Workgroups and employment opportunities at Microsoft.
- LEGO Information : Information on individual
LEGO sets (including part lists,) pictures of the 1994 product line, a history of LEGO bricks and details
for joining the LEGONET Club are all at this site.
- The NATO Gopher : Visit the North Atlantic Treaty
Organisation's Gopher to read fact sheets, biographies, speeches and press releases. Contact points,
fellowship programs and listings of seminars and workshops are also available.
- UWI WebÆs Edge Try to think of The Web's
Edge as a link to strange and wonderful things found inside and out of the computer world. Small time
distributors of information, music, zines, and art are found on this site, as well as all sorts of propaganda
and information of various usefulness.
- METAVERSE: Adam Curry, formerly of MTV, runs this
site. Its contents change quickly in an effort to keep up with the entertainment industry. A sample of the
material includes the Woodstock æ94 lineup, music reviews, AdamÆs quotes of the day and a place for
unsigned bands to present their work on the Internet.
- The Electronic Newsstand: Founded in July 1993 it provides
the Internet community with easy access to a wide range of interesting information furnished by the
world's leading publishers. Like traditional newsstands, The Electronic Newsstand is a place where you
can browse -- for free -- through many publications and have your interest stimulated by a variety of
subjects. The Newsstand provides a window on the world of computers, technology, science, business,
foreign affairs, the arts, travel, medicine, nutrition, sports, politics, literature and many, many other areas
of interest.

HINT: As much fun as it is to look at WWW sites
in their full glory, it can take a long time for images to be transferred from a Web
server to your computer. We'd certainly encourage you to look at the images the
first time you access a server but if you are connected to the Internet with a SLIP
or PPP modem connection running at 9600 or 14,400 baud, you may find that
youÆll enjoy the experience more by disabling the display of images in your Web
browser.
